Science for Kids (12-14 y.o.)

Kids' Learning Hub
Join us on March 18th at 4:00 PM for an exciting journey into the world of physics with Anna Grigoreva, a graduate of the Moscow Engineering Physics Institute. This lecture is designed specifically for students aged 12-14 and will cover fascinating topics like electromagnetism through engaging theory and hands-on experiments.

What is electric charge and how is it generated? How do polarization and induction differ? How can you determine the density of a load using a graduated cylinder with water? How does a thunderstorm actually work? We will try to find answers to all these questions in the lecture "Fundamentals of Electromagnetism and Hydrostatics". We will discuss all these issues not only in theory, but also conduct some experiments in practice, using graduated cylinders, ebonite rods, and several other interesting experiments.
