Engineering is an all-inclusive profession that has a place for everyone. During this “Let them teach me!” session, Mrs. Nataliia Daughn will share the details of her personal journey from her childhood in post-Cold War Russia, to her early education learning to construct industrial buildings, to her professional career building airplanes, “cloud”, and on to her current role helping to construct space vehicles and rockets to advance Blue Origin’s mission to build a highway to space for the benefit of Earth.
Mrs. Daughn, educated as a civil engineer and now a practicing aerospace engineer with an emphasis on manufacturing, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Chuvash State University in Russia and has engineering certifications from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Washington.
