Women over 40 and their finances

Community Events
We are inviting women aged 40-50 (or close 👋) to a meeting.

You might not have started organizing your finances yet, but you know it's time to begin. The opportunity is still here, so it's best not to delay. If sayings like "Finance isn't my thing," "I'll get to it later," or "Someone else can handle it" no longer resonate with you, but you're unsure where to start or what to do, this discussion is meant to help.

We'll look at money from three angles: knowledge, attitudes, and habits. We'll create a mental "map" of personal finances (budgeting, savings, investing, retirement, etc.), prioritize these topics, and see how they connect. We'll also discuss how our thoughts about money impact our actions, and where and how to find information and support.

This meeting may not be very useful for:
  • Those primarily looking for ways to earn more or boost income. We're focused on managing what you already have.
  • Those who already budget, invest, plan extensively, and want to delve deeper into these areas. This is more for beginners; you might find it less engaging.

A bit about the lecturer, Alla Tara:
I work as a Tech Program Manager, but my heart lies in coaching with a financial focus for Generation X women. Like many of you a few years back, I started sorting out my finances later in life, dealing with accumulated beliefs, fears, and habits.

I'm a certified life coach (Certified Professional Coach) from iPEC, one of the largest coaching schools globally recognized by the International Coaching Federation. I'm also a financial consultant trained by the National Financial Educators Council (and by life itself! 😂).
This meeting is FREE.
